Am I Romantic?

I found myself asking this question over and over again yesterday. Finally I announced it out loud.

"Yes. But only when writing and reading."

My partner stared. "Were you blabbering in your sleep?"

I shook my head, telling him.

He grinned. "That's why you love Linda Howard and stuff, right?"

I threw two pillows at him.

I was being romantic, then.

Yeah, yeah. I should stick to being romantic when writing and reading! For in real world, I prefer to ruin the romance!
