Corn Cake

A few days ago, I was in the mood to bake something. So I made this. As usual, I intended to follow a recipe but... I altered it and created something new. I ended up adding two eggs instead of one, a carton of corn instead of half, etc. Thank goodness it turned out okay.

When I have the time (and in the right mood), I enjoy cooking. It's like stirring a magical potion or even, writing something. You list the ingredients, use it accordingly, then get down to work.
