I find it hard to explain this dish to foreign people. And yes, yes, it's made of eggs. Not the regular ones, mind you, but the ones that are still inside chicken's bodies. The ones that haven't formed the shells.
To me it's a rare delicacy. It's quite hard to find in Bandung, at least to my knowledge. My partner and I bought it yesterday and I had a jolly evening finishing them all.
