Thai Milk Tea Ice Cream Recipe

I love Thai milk tea! So when I found a recipe for Kem Trà Thái, I was ecstatic. However, after some consideration, I think 120 gr of tea is too much! So I made modifications.  

I used 100 grams thai tea (I forgot to write it in the picture).
The result is smooth and silky. Like a kiss from a beloved. My family loves it. I'll definitely make more in the future.
