A Blemish to Stain the Day

I'm disappointed. Again. Maybe I was hoping too much. Deluding myself to believe that Indonesian laws are getting friendlier towards women.

I was ecstatic when I found out that the legislatives were thinking of legalizing laws concerning marital rape. But I was wrong. Using religion as a cause, most male legislatives voted against marital rape laws.

I have a sneaking suspicion that they'd be convicts if the laws were legalized.
