I Made It!
Tadaaa! Finally I made my own mango sherbet. Original recipe from Bibah, with a bit alteration. :) It's very tasty. We all love it so.
Just mix 1 cup of whipping cream, 2 cups of ripe mango (cut to pieces), 1 cup of condensed milk, and about 125 cc or plain water. Blend them well, put the mixture in the fridge for four hours (it should be six, but I'm an impatient person, so I've been told!) then blend them again. Wait for at least six hours before you taste it. YUMMY!
