I googled some recipes and made alterations when necessary. I use rice and glutinous rice flour. I need to work on the dango, not chewy enough. And as for the sauce, perhaps I should use less dashi and soy sauce. But all in all, I'm quite proud because it's my first try.
One of my targets this year is to try at least one recipe per month. I'm proud to say that so far I've tried more than four recipes. ^_^
