Made this dish a day before Idul Fitri. It was done in a spur of the moment. Had some rice, just boiled three tomatoes for Chika... hmmm... Tried to make an omelette and failed horribly so it became scrambled egg instead (in my life, I can count with my finger the times I managed to create a beautiful omelette). Chika only ate a tomato. I used several pieces for the scrambled egg. And then the inspiration hit--why not make a tomato fried rice? And I did!

Tomato Fried Rice
Made this dish a day before Idul Fitri. It was done in a spur of the moment. Had some rice, just boiled three tomatoes for Chika... hmmm... Tried to make an omelette and failed horribly so it became scrambled egg instead (in my life, I can count with my finger the times I managed to create a beautiful omelette). Chika only ate a tomato. I used several pieces for the scrambled egg. And then the inspiration hit--why not make a tomato fried rice? And I did!
