I call this mock pizza. But actually it's more like a toast with toppings. It takes about 15 minutes to make, tasty and filling, too. My kids love it. Yep, kids love variety. That's why I stock some ingredients and play with them until I can present "new foods" to them. And I have to be creative, giving new names. So the kids will happily munch the food, thinking, believing, "Oh, this is new!"
Aye... moms have to be crafty!
